Valorant keeps asking for system restart, vanguard is never initialized,

My account suddenly cant be find or not usable,

After 7 days since I last log in, I opened my riot client then I found out that it is log out, where I am always logged in. then when loggin in I found out that it doesnt match any accounts in riot system. Gun stops shooting mid spray

Usually only happens when shooting enemies but never when im spraying walls, tried different usb ports for mouse and restarted game

Ban Appeal

Hi, I have been recently HWID banned for cheating. I have never used any cheating tools or software. last time I tried launching valorant before the ban it said I needed to restart my PC. I ignored it and relaunched only riot client instead and it let me in the game. Earlier that day I updated aimlabs, and I used steam's local network sharing to download it faster on my other device while valorant was running. I also have some cracked games but no cheats for any other game. I contacted player support and they said there is nothing they can do to help me, not even telling me what program caused the ban so I can avoid getting flagged when the ban period is over.
