Is it cheating to use raw accel??
I got game banned js now and this is the second time. It said it was because of the use of third party apps. but the only third party app i use is raw accel.

Hi, I was permanently suspended for using a third party system ? Before I continue, yes, I have went on the Riot website to make a ticket, actually not just one but probably about 2-3 tickets, however they keep closing it even though they havenβt done anything. Ive only recieved messages from the bot. Anyways, I was trying to log in when I got a message that I was permanently suspended for using a third party system when I never even installed or used any third party programs. I believe it was my cousin who was using it since I always let my cousin use my account for my skins whenever Iβm not using my account. He was staying at my place for a few days so he was using my computer whenever he wanted to play, so aside from the perm suspension, I also got a hardware ban because of this. Iβve spent a lot of money on skins on my account so Iβm really hoping someone can help me get my account back and also remove the hardware ban. You guys can check my career, check my KDA and see that I barely get any kills whenever I play. Whoever is free to help me out, Iβd really appreciate it, thank you.

The account was banned for no reason 3 days ago. I wrote a lot of letters to the staff, my creation email and my recharge records, and more details can explain that I am the creator, but there is no way to unlock my account. My account has reached more than 800 levels. I love this game very much, but now I have no way to play. I want to ask for your help.

Third Party HWID Banned and Perma Banned on accounts for no reason
Hello guys, before anyone tells me to contact support, I already did many times and my ticket just gets closed without any reply, I was playing in a ranked game with my friend until i got kicked out (Cheater Detected) Screen is what popped to my friend, I wasnt using any cheats or anything, I tried logging in to my other accounts with well A LOT OF SKIN VALUE, and after logging in and launching the game out of panic they all got permanently suspended along with me not being able to play valorant anymore on my PC, I tried reinstalling windows, valorant, vanguard but nothing works, also contacted support but got no help. here are all the screenshots I could gather from before I reinstalled windows and with all the riot ids involved in this:
