Valorant Error Code Van -79
Help i've been getting van -79 error code everytime I launch valorant. Need help in fixing please.

In a lot of my games vc is unavailable and my teammates have an x next to their mic and ik im not vc banned coz i was never notified and it isnt every game. Like it can happen 1 game and then i can hear everyone and talk the next. Also when it happens team chat is fine, its only the randoms we're playing with. TPM dying because of VGM
VGM started killing my TPM resulting in ingame laggs/spikes. System build in Screenshot.
Tried so far: Windows reset, TPM reset, Val uninstall, Vanguard uninstall etc. Anyone got some suggestions what to do? game is unplayable right now....
