yall srsly expect me to play 100 games in 6 days?? or is it supposed to be 10 and its a glitch?

Around like the start of november the server ping specifically on Tokyo servers, usually from 60ping to now going 100-120ping. This usually happens every once in a while, not sure what triggers it but possibly during updates? im not too sure myself. Before and After
Consistent packet loss after not playing for a while
I've not played this act, and when I played again i have a consistent wave of packet loss (as in the image). I have no idea how to fix this. It randomly starts, then fades.
On top of this issue I also have consistent lag spikes (IMAGE 2). I've not found a fix for this and have tried many different options aswell as making a ticket (only for the lag spike issue, not packet loss)...
please help
please help when i start valo my resolution was streched but its 1920x1080 liek default when i launch they kick me i had an bios probleme but now i get kicked with out the probleme showing
