Issue with Streaming Valorant on OBS - Severe Frame Drops When Game is Opened

I’ve been experiencing a major issue when streaming Valorant using OBS. My network speed is 150 Mbps, and I’m using a wired LAN connection. I’ve set my OBS bitrate to 10,000 kbps.
When streaming without launching any games (e.g., Valorant ), everything works perfectly—there are no dropped frames. However, the moment I open the game, the OBS status turns red, and my stream begins to drop frames significantly....

Uncheck all of the boxes...
Been stuck on loading screen for soooo loong..
Ive tried opening and closing the game multiple times, still stuck on this screen. Ocasionally, it either just closes or crashes, but isnt crossing this screen.
Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?
I just downloaded valorant and this is what I see when I try and open the game. I have tried repair game files and that dosent work. I have tried fully removing the game from my computer including all files and redownloading, but it still dosent work.
