If my account is in valorant debt because of a chargeback, will I get the skins back post payment?

Im -24,000 vp in debt and i was just wondering if i bought 24k vp id get those skins back or would my val points just return to 0 and i wouldn't have any skins

I applied to the Artists' Alley @ Masters Toronto via the Google form posted here https://discord.com/channels/679875946597056683/679877596942565386/1352370777433051137 back in March and haven't heard back about a decision yet. It would be helpful to know for planning purposes even if I was rejected. If another artist happens to see this and has or hasn't received a decision yet, I'd also love to know. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, if not and if anyone knows the proper point of contact, please let me know. I'm a bit worried I haven't been contacted because I entered my Riot ID wrong- on the form when it asks for Riot ID, I entered what I would give people to add me on Valorant, which is different from my Riot account login....

Vram issue

How do we fix the Vram for Val? I have a Nvidia card that is more than capable of handling the game. This recent update is now throwing the error along with freezing at the Agent selection screen. Yes Im on Windows 11 as well

Unfair ban for "cheating"

So, I just got out of a game. MVP'd as Iso on Fracture and my KD was 21/12. Got banned afterwards for cheating even though I don't cheat. I tried sending a ticket but once I try to submit it, tells me that I'm banned so I can't even send the ticket. I want to go pro in this game one day, cheating would be against everything I believe and grind for. I do have my POV of the game if y'all think it's needed.
