hi so this recently happen to me and i dont know how to fix it, ive tried enabling HCI but its showing incompatibilities

I am facing a temporary suspension. I never used any cheats or anything .
I sent a ticket and they said i was cheating which i was clearly not.
This happened in my other account as well . Just now, i was playing with my friend when suddenly i got disconnected and got a disconnection message and after that, i was suspended....
I've been on a screen like this for 30 minutes (can someone help me)
I used to be able to play it, but now I can't.
