What type of windows re-install should I choose?

My val account got suspended for using 3rd party software even though I havent changed or downloaded anything for a long time. Riot's automated response told me to re-install windows but which option do I chose, do I clean reinstall which deletes everything, not ideal cause I have a lot of photos, vids and files or will the option that keeps these be fine?

Valo freezes when in lobby

Since a few weeks i cant play valo anymore, when i start it up, it keeps loading for 5+ min and then when in lobby it freezes, nothing works I tried everything, reinstall, start as admin, deleted graphic card and reinstalled, idk what to do Other games like fortnite work fine, i thought maybe after an update it will work again but its the same. Crashing after Alt+Tabbing?

Whenever i want to alt tab to another tab like my browser. There a chance i get kicked out my game and valorant literally crashes. The message that pops up just says error. Does anyone know how to fix this?.

Very High Ping on all servers even when using Cloudflare warp

I came back to playing valorant in 20s of september and noticed the ping is extremely high for bot Valorant and LOL. I tried cloudflare warp same issue, before i had like 50ms in frankfurt server and less in madrid.

RAM or SSD problem ?

Hey. Every time I finish a game or comeback to the lobby, the game starts freezing for like 5s every time I click on something. The shop won't load and the inventory won't load too. I've recently changed my motherboard (AM5), cpu and upgraded to DDR5. Is it a problem with my ssd or my ram ? is the ram unstable ? do I have to take off EXPO in the bios ?...

Valorant not opening

when my friend tries to launch valorant it doessnt work it just sits in the riot client and prompts him to contact support. Hes tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling restarting his computer ect but no luck... hes contact suppoort but nothing yet
