when i will start valo or riot, the client is only invisible, the client dosnt start. new instal dosnt help. knew anyone an idea?

Hey, what should I do in this situation. Wanted to hop on valorant just now and all i see is this, i never used any 3rd party software and most of my games are being streamed and i have a video recording of most of them on medal.
What exactly should I do in this situation, how do i retreive my account from this?...
Valorant Crashing
I open the valorant app perfectly fine, when I enter the game, the clicks don't register. I can hear the music and see others typing to me, however I can't click or type anything. However, if I alt tab in and out, one click is registered. I need help to fix this issue to play the game. The image on the right has been stuck there for the whole time, no clicks will register.
