Is anyone’s Deathmatch also not working on Console?

Whenever I enter a death match on Console it brings me to the report problem screen on PS5. It’s always after the first time though because after that match is over I can actually play a death match normally. Any help would be appreciated!

Change email under riot account

Hey so I recently submitted a ticket to change my email under my riot account because I lost access to the email. However, I now can't login into the account and it says my credentials are invalid. I was wondering if this is normal and haven't gotten a response back yet through emails and don't know how to check my ticket if i can't log in
