PC CRASHING help please

So generally on other games it isnt crashing, its just a valorant issue because without valorant everythings working perfectly. When i open the game, browse skins or go to the range my screen suddenly freezes after 40 seconds and i cant do nun except just turning the pc on and off manually. Riot problem

So when i try to log in on my browser into riot like 2 weeks ago it showed that a problem accured and now i just cant even log in becose smth is just wrong but fun thing im playing on the acc even rn so idk how to repair it if can anyone help plz but more detail - i got hacked then i got my acc back and i did get it back with the bot that helps find accounts becose the hacker changed the email to it so i couldnt normallny get it back and it just doesnt let me log in to riot bro

AFK penalty problem

Stutters

Hey I have some stutters on my Pc especcialy in Valorant. I already tried resetting my pc and installing all driver new but it helped for only 3 hours or so and when i turned my pc back on i have it again i dont think its frame drops or lags from my internet because those look stable in the graphs anbody know a solution? This comes after a stutter(picture). Capping Fps didnt work, lowering mosue polling rate doesnt work I NEED HELP PLEASE...
