When I launch the game, it freezes on this screen, and I wait a long time. If I'm lucky, I can access the main menu. But when I click "Play," it freezes again. I've tried every solution I could find online. I even reset my computer, but it didn't work....

Hi everyone, I need help regarding a potential account compromise.
I discovered that my Riot account has been locked or suspended even though I haven’t played since June 23, 2025.
My Valorant Tracker shows matches played from July 23, 2025 onward that weren’t me, with a sudden 43.6% HS rate (top 0.4%) and weird rank changes (Radiant/Immortal → Ascendant)....

Why is it taking so many of my RR points?
Can someone tell me if this is normal? Why is it taking so many of my RR points? It’s not fair. Can anyone give me some advice on I should do to stop this from happening?
False Permanent Suspension
My riot account (JiN#ivy) with 1000 dollars spent on it got falsely permanently suspended and i really dont know what to do.
The message i get on riot client is that i got banned for “using third party software to gain an advantage” but when i submitted a ticket the riot staff member said i got banned for “botting”??
The different reasons being given for why i got banned are completely irrelevant to eachother and only adds more questions instead of answering my old ones.

I ranked up recently from plat to diamond 2 in the spam of a few days but im not gaining rr at all i also had a break for a few days but it was ranking up in a short time needless to say..
