Not to long ago my gmail got breached and my account got hacked. My the time I recovered it I logged in and found some random in my party, the next time I logged in I found the account perma banned. My luck with support has dwindled ever since one of the agents said they performed a investigation on my account and found it was placed correctly. However, the thing about this is in that same response they said than they did find a breach before the day of detection. If been trying to explain in newer tickets that they can look and find that no games were played from my IP between the breach and third party software detection but my tickets just get insta closed stating my issue has been resolved previously.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation and got unbanned or are there any riot employees I could talk to on this server to maybe help my issue get escalated? Any bit of input is helpful please and thank you....
