member entering/leaving option not working.
I've tried everything and it seems to be set up correctly. The channel is an announcement channel, but only people with admin are able to see it cuz we had wanted to test it.
We made sure the bot was able to see the channel, send messages and all other appropriate perms but still didn't work....
Solution:
i feel there is a misunderstanding on your part of those 2 distinct options.
member join/leave tracking is an option purely used to feed data into the /predict, /membergraph, and /growthchange commands
auto-publish announcement channels are used for automatically post messages sent in announcement channels (this is a built-in discord feature which you have to do manually, but with this the bot does it automatically)...
Lurkr removing roles given by other bots on join
So, I use Lurkr to automatically give two roles when a person joins the server. I also have a moderation bot that gives a role to accounts that are younger than two weeks that force them to verify to gain access to the server. I've been noticing lately that Lurkr removes this role from a person when giving the autoroles to a member.
Solution:
increase the on join role timeout
XP Gain Time
I want to know if there is a way to set the XP gain time per message. From being every 80 seconds to being able to set the time myself.

Not at the moment, that's what a global multiplier is meant to do.
Can't add more level roles even though I've not reached the limit
As the free threshold of the level roles is 30 (in the normal dashboard) or 50 (in the beta dashboard) [correct me if I'm wrong], I've added 15 level roles but when I add another one, the dashboard fails to register it and doesn't give me an error either.

Role multipliers stuck at 2 roles
hey there, I'm trying to add a third role to have a special multiplier but it won't let me add more, not on the new nor the old dashboard
any suggestions?...
Save Settings button placement
I think it would be better if the Save Settings button was back in the left column always visible no matter how much you scroll.
Sometimes you just test some settings and with this now you have to go back up to top each time to save.
Also there is no more feedback that current settings are the ones last saved. I think before it would gray out the button but now the button is always green, so it may happen that one would forget to save or dont know the last time settings were saved....
Wonky XP problems
there have been some users in my sevrer, with no special roles or perms who are unable to gain xp in any way. while others in the same position role and perm wise have no issue gaining xp through chatting. This has been an issue on my account and xp gaining, and i didnt bother about it. but now it is becoming a problem that random community members are now unable to gain xp.
i have reset and redone all of the bot settings to no avail, i dont know what other steps to take, but something isnt working....
Solution:
i reset the bot compleltly and redid all of the settings, it fixed it. i couldnt find another leveling bot that worked the way i needed it too.
doing that fixed the problem! just so you know!...
