Not leveling properly//or at all
Hi there! I tried to read the documentation and ask the instant support bot (gave me a error), also used the config commands
So, the bot is either not leveling people, or doing so at a very slow pace. For example someone joined the server and had sent around 200 messages, however when i used /rank lurkr said they had no XP.
I used the level calculator on the site and it said reaching level 4 should have taken 13 messages. (I bumped up the multiplier because it was extremely slow)...
Solution:
Im not sure how to make it have access to the channels, i went into perms on individual channels and turned view channel on for the lurkr role but it didnt update, most these channels are staff or misc ones
I turned administrator on yesterday and it seems to be working again so ig it was just not able to view channels...
XP LOSS
I asked the owner of the server if there were some xp removal issues but no only me i was at 1000+ xp in the server nad now i have 100xp...
Solution:
We dont control the xp on the servers, you have to speak to the moderators/owners of that server.
Importing from Amari bot doesn't work
I've given lurkr the proper perms and tried importing from amari a bunch of times it doesn't work

You can control who can use Lurkr's Slash Commands in your Server Settings, under the Integrations tab > Lurkr.

Lurkr not sending level up messages
lurkr not sending level up messages, although everything seems in order
User leveled up on wrong msg wrong type of message was sent even and the role was assigned to a bot
- Member leveled up
- On level 65 there is no role reward or special message
- They leveled up on slash command which should not give them XP
- A bot/app they used in that command got the role as if it was the bot/app that leveled up.

Can't add more role multipliers
I only have 4 out of 30 roles applied to the multiplier.
Just trying to add 2 more and it wont let me...
Solution:
You can add 30 roles total to your existing multipliers (You can add multiple roles to one multiplier, you don't need to create new ones).
But you can only create up to 5 new Multipliers (Your 1.01, 1.1, 1.25, etc.). This includes the global multiplier....
Leaderboard embed doesn't fully work on mobile
As visible in image some of the mentions don't display names just the ID making the whole thing hard to read on mobile.
I assume this may not be a bot issue bot Discord mobile app being uh it's standard quality so I would like to ask if it is not fixable to maybe provide somewhat of an alternative option of displaying leaderboard instead of mentions maybe make it a "generated image"? I remember the tatsu bot doing it like that and it also looked clean aestheticly though idk if it's possible here or if I should even ask for it here since it's not #suggestions.
Anyhow I feel like this is somewhat of a problem to be resolved in one way or the other and I know you can technically go to web leaderboard but that's kind of more steps for a quick check functionality....
