Genshin doesn't work

Can't launch GOG Linux Dark Forces build

Star Wars: Dark Forces won't launch due to a missing libFLAC.so.8. This version is included in the Steam Runtime, apparently, but even selecting "Use Steam Runtime" doesn't affect this. https://0x0.st/8dst.log

Games from GOG fail to update, and show "Cannot get game info" error

Error running games with UMU disabled.

When running a game with UMU disabled (i.e., "Disable UMU" enabled), I get an assertion failed error (see attached image; logs are also attached). This seems like the same issue as #4624 and #4632, but those have in theory been fixed now. Enabling UMU fixes this, but introduces another issue since I'm using Flatpak + Gamescope (see Open-Wine-Components/umu-launcher#269)....

EGS version of Genesis Alpha One won't launch

Hi, I installed Genesis Alpha One, and yesterday and the day before it launched fine. I have 3 monitors and that threw off the mouse, but I use an Xbox controller so it didn't matter. install freeze

when i am installing a game and alt+f4 while at it and re open heroic again it does auto continue and freezez heroic completly with no error code other than no proxy connected and i cant delete this kiddo because cachyos doesnt let me and acts like my father...

Heroic Not Opening Apps or DLC with "Open with Rosetta" On

I've been trying to open some of my games with Rosetta 2 checked on, however, the games either don't open or don't load in the respective games' DLCs when using Heroic. Are there any commands, scripts, or setting to resolve this?

While checking the repository of ludusavi I found a guide but I didn't understand. The thing is I want ludusavi to restore saves when I launch a game using heroic and also backup my save when I exit the game. It says something about wrapper. That is confusing to me....

Pikiniku launches with Unity Crash Handler popup this week.

Pikuniku is my personal choice for "Canary in the Coalmine" with Heroic. Any time any other game is not working, I fire up my Canary game (which is both lightweight on system resources and is likely to run), and if that flat out doesn't work or game runs at ~10 fps or similar - then I know that Heroic flatpak installation is broken. At this point I do the remedial action of uninstalling every single Flatpak package and reinstall all packages once again, followed by a reboot, then I re-launch the Canary game. Most of the time, this resolves any issue I face with Heroic. This time it is different. I still get the same Unity Crash Handler popup, followed by a windows/wine crash popup with Pikuniku after my local remediation. Is there something wrong with Heroic flatpak? Watch Dogs 2 - Ubisoft Connect stuck logging in

Hi, I'm trying to get Watch Dogs 2 working from Epic, but after installing Ubisoft Connect, it's just spinning on its "Logging in..." screen. I've tried manually running/installing Ubisoft Connect inside the prefex, but that just opens Connect without Watch Dogs anywhere. I've tried setting "sudo sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_mtu_probing=1" but that didn't help. Using GE-Proton-10-9. I don't see any errors or anything in the logs

Anyway to recover game saves

Started playing cyberpunk on deck and wanted to switch to pc. Program hard locks during GOG downloads and imports.

Version 2.17.2 both the Copr and Nobara version just hardlocks during downloading. I deleted the program, deleted the the folder from .cache and went back to import already installed games and it hard locked again. Using Nobara with 6.15.6 kernel and KDE 6.4.2...
