Can't log in to epic account

battlenet agent went to sleep on Proton-GE

Crosscode (Game) - install windows version in linux does not work

Hi. I want to install the GOG windows version of Crosscode on Linux. The Linux version does install without problems, but does not support cloud saves. The windows version however does not even seem to start downloading. Linux was installed 1st and I uninstalled it and ~/games/heroic does not show crosscode any more. I did delete ¨/.config/heroic/cache but it did not help. Is there maybe a file stuck from the linux install that prevents windows version from being downloaded? If so, where might I find it? Oh, Manjaro (arch based) native install of heroic (no flathub)....

Linux Mint - Either can't launch or can't fully download

I'm new to using Heroic on Linux Mint. I've been trying to read through support, but not seeing exactly what is happening with mine. and looking into heroic those that played some of the games I'm attempting indicated it ran just fine natively. So I must be missing something. I've connected myself to GOG, Epic, and Amazon without issue. Right now I've been trying Baulder's Gate and Baulder's Gate II. If I attempt to download the Linux option it downloads fast. But when I attempt to launch the game, it shows launching and then the button reverts back in about 2-3sec. If I attempt to download the Windows version it will start downloading and then hang at approx 15%. and with this I've tried in 2 different locations and tired either wired or wireless internet connection....

download being longer that 1 week

I am on CachyOS and its a fresh install. i downloaded heroic a bit ago, made sure it was update and tried to download Kerbal Space Program but ran into this weird issue. It seems to cap over 40MB download speed at 2 MB and then lock the disk write to basically zero which makes the download impossibly long. even after 30 minutes it wouldnt move past .02 disk write. The game is being downloaded to a NVME

Can't Launch Heroic Titles from Flatpak Steam

I have Heroic installed as a deb and Steam installed as a flatpak. When I use the "Add to Steam" button, the title gets added to steam but I can't actually launch the game. Anybody know how I could fix this?

General issue launching Epic/GOG games with GE-Proton

Just that. Wine GE 8.26 makes them work, but I don't seem capable of making any game run under GE Proton (tried almost every GE-Proton 10.x and some of the last 9.x) Is there any report about a regression that looks related to this? I don't seem to find any...

Steam Recording - audio/video issue

I'm running EndevourOS. Steam Recording is not capturing game launched by the Heroic, where other games are captured without problems. It's very weird, since the Steam overlay is connected to the games, because I can grab screenshots. I've tested that in two titles: Celeste and Borderlands 3....
