Downsides of running alternative stores (such as Battle.Net)?

Is there any downside on running stores like Battle.Net or others "as games" and then installing the games from there? Thinking on switching Battle.Net from Lutris to have everything on Heroic.

My GPU doesn't appear

Hello everyone, I'm using Fedora Workstation and was playing Fallout 3 without any problems. I hadn't played for about two weeks, and today, when I tried to play, I noticed the game was running quite poorly. Using MangoHud, I realized the GPU usage was at 0%, and in the game's initial launcher under the graphics options, my graphics card doesn't appear. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Wine issue

Ok so I've been having this weird issue. When I download a game on Heroic, it tell me the WINE isn't compatable. But when I go to change it, the drop down menu doesn't show up. Its been acting weird. Idk how to fix this. Also idk which Wine Version to use as a default...

Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition GOG crashes no matter which version of Wine I use.

I installed Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition from GOG Galaxy, but no matter which version of Wine I choose it gets as far as Playing , but then it crashes. I don't know which settings the same needs. Can someone please help me out? Here is the log: https://0x0.st/8X4g.log
