Water Rendering Issue

Hey, I was just curious if anyone knows how to fix this rendering issue in the LOD's for water. I notice it happens most with bliss shaders, but I never had these issues pre-latest distant horizons update. The water looks solid brown when loading the LOD for it. Even though the water is 1 block deep, it never used to have this issue, so just wondering if there is a fix you know! Thank you!...

How can I use the mod if indium isn't supported in sodium 0.6.6?

Hello, I recently made a server in feathermc to play with friends, but DH only works when the chunks are preloaded/visited so it doesn't automatically load the chunks like in singleplayer. I've also read about feathermc and why it's bad etc. So my question is if it's possible on any pc hosted client to have auto DH rendering without pre loading the world? Also what other alternatives are there for feathermc that is free?

Pregen LODs of server plugin in singleplayer

Hi, am I correct in saying that the DH Bukkit plugin keeps the LOD data in DHSupport/data.sqlite? I'd like to pregen the LODs from a single player version of the server world so that there's no need for the server to load vanilla chunks. I have multiverse however, so I'm not too sure how that would interact with the data.sqlite that's currently present on the server. Any recommendations/steps?...

Hi, this isn't a request for help or support, but rather a simple question: how much does server-side DH affect server RAM usage?

2.3.0 Beta Causing server lag when server has full DH support

Recently started a server using the Beyond Depths modpack and installed DH alongside it. The server seemed to have a few performance issues and was causing lag for players while using the DH mod on the server. Since uninstalling from the server and using only client-side, performance has greatly increased so I'm just wondering if other people are finding the same results / know a potential reason this would happen. Any help would be appreciated.

Villages not showing in unrendered chunks

I'm not sure if this can be changed in settings but ive set rendering quality and cpu load to highest and villages are not showing up in LOD renders unless i generate the chunks with minecraft's chunk radius. Is there a way to fix that? i want to be able to spot a village with looking glass 1000s of blocks away without having to be there first. Im playing singleplayer simply optimised pack on 1.24.4...

For 100% correct stucture generation you need to use Internal Server distant generation mode

Not Working In Multiplayer

Hi, DH is not working for me in multiplayer. I'm on my own server in which it worked before updating to the latest release. I transferred the server data. If I fly around and load chunks, anything out of render distance unloads. All settings appear to be the same and have transferred properly from my previously installed version....

why is there no chunk transitions in shader?

this is super cool but why not working with shaders? im using complementary unbound r5.4

Rendering Valkyrien Skies and Clockwork creations with DH

Is there a way to render them outside the vanilla render distance with DH. I have tried the entity LOD mod but that doesn't work

New world generation getting stuck.

So started building a modlist and used Conquest Reforged 1.20.1 for a base on Fabric. Ran into an issue where my world generation would get stuck on "Preparing start region for dimension minecraft:overworld", I narrowed it down to distant horizons. Even if I launch with DH and then disable it before generating a world this still occurs. I was able to get it to work before adding in a bunch of structures and terralith, but with my understanding I don't see how DH even affects initial world generation even though the environment is more complex. Just wondering if anyone else has ran into a similiar issue? Maybe it's an issue that comes with Conquest since it uses some outdated mods so I might try downgrading DH, currently running 2.3.0. Still troubleshooting so ask questions if they would help. Thanks....

100 ÂșC when playing with DH

i used distant horizons for a long time months/a year ago, even using intensive chunk generation and everything was ok, but now for some reason and using the same pc build, when i use the latest version of distant horizons my CPU gets to 100 ÂșC. When i put DH out of the modpack, the average temp is 65-75. I used the default config. I have an Intel Core I7 11700kf and the liquid refrigeration AIO Forgeon Azoth 240...

Chunks not saving/updating in multiplayer

I am using DH on a multiplayer server that doesnt have the plugin. I know the chunks wont update until I go to them but they arent updating LOD at all. Chunks I previously travel to become very very poor quality is this normal? I thought it would save the chunks I have been to and update them once I got closer but instead it seems like after I get so far the LOD just gets stuck at a low level forever if that makes sense.

Legacy 4J Water.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue with the Distant Horizons mod, and Legacy 4J, mod. Without the Legacy 4J mod. My water looks fine. But with it, it has some issues.

Previous data not used and shader bugs

Hi, so I've just seen the version for 1.21.4 is on Modrinth and I've tried it, but for some reason the data doesn't seem to load. I get pretty much normal render distance. Also, I logged into the world with shaders on and when I turned them off the things in the distance appeared only as black. (I've also been having issues with photon where the sky would be replaced by phantom images of objects around me, I didn't grab a screenshot but it was very weird and made the shaders unusable, so I moved to Solas instead) ...
