file sizes different in icloud than in reality
icloud says i’m using ~300gb for photos. i’ve currently backed up about 10% of them to immich, and immich says i’m already using 171gb (this is NOT a problem with immich, as checking my disk space on my host machine corroborates this). this means that at this rate, i’m due to use about 1.7tb for what’s supposed to be under 300gb. i haven’t uploaded the majority of my biggest photos and videos yet, so it’s not that only the first 10% took up 171gb. is this a bug with icloud, or compression on app...
403 Immich-go for non admin user
I am trying to upload files using immich-go to my mother's profile (not the admin) but it throws 403 forbidden
I have attached my log file, .env and docker-compose file

Why do I have over 30,000 videos pending for transcoding if I only have about 5,000 uploaded?

I’m trying to figure out something that doesn’t make much sense to me.
According to my stats, I have around 5,000 videos uploaded. But when I go to the “Transcode videos for wider compatibility with browsers and devices” section, it shows over 30,000 videos pending....
Photo export from old server
Doing a sort of fresh install and just going to CLI re-upload photos from a dump of the old server not really "migration"
Though ran into an interesting issue. on the old immich server web ui > admin > server-status to confirm usage and photo / video count, noticed it's much more than what's in the actual directory on the server. In comparison when navigating the directories via CLI or GUI navigating to -- %Docker Directory% > Library > user the count is drastically different
