with both SDL and GLFW you can't get the main window back buffer
the tutorials are either using their own framebuffer, or are using DX where the back buffer is a framebuffer you can directly access

two things I can see that may be at fault here. first one, ImGui.SetKeyboardFocusHere isn't needed for an input text at all, since the keyboard focus is already there when you click on it (the if statement is called whenever text is entered, or when the enter key is pressed if you set that flag)
and also, unless you intend for there to only be numbers, the

flag will limit you to just

0-9

(and maybe

) which may be the source of the issue if you want text (which i would imagine you do for a console)

everything has been going swimmingly until now and i literally can't find any good resources on it except for the rastertek ones which contains about 300 pages of garbage i don't need
