i kinda like all of them (except for no blurring) for different reasons

Buttons should not be fully transparent. What if you have moving background. It will look not ok, when you see something through button body.

Completely transparent buttons aren’t that great. When used correctly, sure, but as flyke said as soon as you have stuff behind them it becomes very difficult to read anything

Certainly when it comes to full screen menus that will also use the frosted effect, it will make everything much easier to read on a busy background
