Anyone able to play Dauntless without it crashing in 2 minutes?
So I downloaded Dauntless using the Heroic Game Launcher. I had to enable the EasyAntiCheat option (and the Feral Game Mode option which is apparently required for EAC option to work).
After doing this the game starts but gets stuck on an EasyAntiCheat error. To solve this I found a fix on Reddit where we can symlink the EasyAntiCheat directory in the root of the game folder to another deeper folder. This fixes the EAC error.
So the game boots properly now but the performance is terrible. To fix that I added this
However, now the game crashes within 2 minutes of me playing it :(. Any idea on what steps I can take to debug this?
If it is any help. I can play Rocket League without any problems (it does not need any extra settings other than the simple download either).
