I own the VKB MCGU, KG12 grips & Gunfighter 3 base plus NXT & EVO's with space grips I will say VKB feels really well made & very nice quality, however I also own the Winwing Orion 2 f18 throttle & the switches & buttons feel really nice, the 5 way hat switches on the throttle grip are some of the nicest feeling & high quality HAT's I've used. I think the quality of Winwing is extremely good at least with the Orion 2 throttle, hopefully I'll have the WW F-18 stick grip soon too.

while in principle i don't disagree, in practice, a lot of these companies that make high end artisanal stuff, are small, and then if you factor having to ship it back to them to fix, it's never going to be as seamless or fast as a major/global company, so having the ability to fix it yourself does make a big difference

Yeah, in my case, in EU it's no problem to get Rhino shipped back and forth to fix something, however for US, AUS for example it's best to supply the spare parts and support.

It’s definitely mass production we’re talking about though. Shipping something with broken cables already from the factory is poor quality control, telling customers to fix products that are broken on delivery just isn’t on

I agree. I think if there was a small general text about Walmis' history developing the Rhino and how he came about to also offer the FFB motor kits together with maybe a little timeline and FFB history, that would very well clear up any confusion one could have with the FAQ and also be a nice addition overall.
The propeler DCS FFB thread does contain most of it, but with about 20 pages, it is a slightly lengthy read.
Personally, I would really enjoy that small text.

Yeah m8 that's what I've used for MSFS2020 it's decent, though no support for force trim in heli's Walmis' VPforce software will do force trim for you. I asked Walmis about a Telemetry App like the DCS one for MSFS & he said it was definitely possible & I think something he may do in the future but don't quote me on that part.
