WAs I haven't got my FFB stick working yet, are people using XPForce for MSFS2020?
JI agree. I think if there was a small general text about Walmis' history developing the Rhino and how he came about to also offer the FFB motor kits together with maybe a little timeline and FFB history, that would very well clear up any confusion one could have with the FAQ and also be a nice addition overall.
The propeler DCS FFB thread does contain most of it, but with about 20 pages, it is a slightly lengthy read.
Personally, I would really enjoy that small text.

PYeah m8 that's what I've used for MSFS2020 it's decent, though no support for force trim in heli's Walmis' VPforce software will do force trim for you. I asked Walmis about a Telemetry App like the DCS one for MSFS & he said it was definitely possible & I think something he may do in the future but don't quote me on that part.
MI'm using it with my hot rodded MSFFII until my new one is ready. So far so good, seems to do what it's supposed to do
WCool thanks for confirming. Yeah, as I have a motion rig, it's always bothered me that all this telemetry info was available, but not being used for FFB. I have some Brunner units and they just use their own software to do what XPForce does. In fact I would guess XPForce is a bit of a knock off of the Brunner software.
WDo we have to do anything special for DCS ? Or is that completely native ?
AThere's native and then there's some kind of telemetry project going on in the background, walmis & co can probably fill you in

WOk great. I did hear the f14 was good. But I don’t fly it! Generally more ww2. Feeling cannon fire in the motion rig is something else.

PAs Andy said there are different FFB effects per module it denpends on the Module maker & what they added, the F-14 is pretty much top shelf FFB effects from what I hear. VPforce has a Telemetry App for DCS that will give FFB effects to all the aircraft & can be tweaked also per plane, this doesn't overwrite any of the native effects but will just add the missing effects

Phey m8, I can only speak for the Huey & Ka 50 bs2 I have the bs3 but not had time ti do my bindings etc. yet. With the VPforce DCS Telemetry App running in the Huey I get effects for most of the flight, etl etc. but the biggest game changer for me when it comes to the RHINO & flying Heli's is the force trim, that has been huge to me, it's made things feel so much better especially for hovering stationary, well somewhat stationary

The Ka 50 has been just as improved by the RHINO though I haven't flown it yet with the Telem app too, on the Telem app it's great, it adds effects without over riding any default effects from the module itself. I've been intending on testing the free Blackhawk mod with the RHINO & telemetry app I've flown it before owning the Rhino but not since, also for mods like this if they don't support ffb or force trim natively the VPforce telem app should take over completely & you can use the VPforce config app to bind force trim buttons to your stick also. I'm planning on testing this out today. As for your question as to what dcs heli is best supported, I think the Vpforce Telemetry App will make them all great with the Rhino so mainly look for the best flight model. Also that blackhawk is really good.

LWhat's A (mm)? Rebuilding my pit in preparation and the front panel is probably too close because maximum throw is 22° (that's not in FAQ yet btw)

WYeah no problem in using it rotated. Yeah, it's also possible to devise a 3d printable hardware throw limiter. I'll do some prototypes soon.
GAI mounted the rhino backwards and i'm a model citizen, so there should be no issues
