RThanks! I will go with the 9mm HTD belts. That should be able to bring the width of the gimbal to 150mm!
R@walmis - I am about to order the 2x57BLF03+usb kit. I noticed that a WinWing adapter is offered. Is that a mechanical adapter just like the VKB one? As in, I would have to use the board from WW's gimbal right?

GI don't understant much of this but I believe are Angle of attack, runway texture, weapons release, cannon, stall, weapons being installed during rearming and others I can't remember now. I don't remember landing gear transitions though. But they are incredible.

AI haven't tested it myself, but from what I recall Walmis managed to read signals from the grip and make it work directly
AAs for the level of functionality I really don't know, someone more knowledgeable needs to step in with the details

PWalmis has made a telemetry app that reads the aircraft telemetry from DCS & sends that to the Rhino for FFB effects on every aircraft. The Rhino is extremely precise, it has a huge amount of throw that you can restrict with software endstops per aircraft profile to your desire, a few of us are looking into or have already made physical endstops. Do you fly with an extension? depending on the Rhino's mounted height you can get away without an extension due to the huge throw & the fact the Rhino basically has a small extension built in. Like swapping from any stick/base you'll likely have a bit of an adjustment period to get used to the new stick/base, I was using the VKB Gunfighter III base prior to upgrading to the Rhino & I can adjust the software settings on the Rhino to make it feel just like the Gunfighter III base in relation to spring force, dampener & throw length. The Rhino can use any grip from TM, Virpil, WW or VKB, WW & VKB require the adapters Walmis makes VKB's being a passthrough design. I can't recommend the VPforce Rhino enough it really is an awesome bit of kit.
AI had the CM3 prior to getting the rhino -- and one thing I can say -- it's basically no comparison. The rhino is miles better in every way: has a longer throw, in cases where the game doesn't support force feedback, you can tune the friction and damping in a way that feels infinitely better than the CM3s dry clutch, it feels super smooth, If i'm really trying to find nit picks with the rhino -- it's maybe that sometimes the leather pinches at the edges, and i kinda wish it maybe had a circular end stop instead of square? (could probably 3d print or make a replacement though). But with most FFB implementations i've found i rarely hit the end stops when flying (it's something the force feedback helps to train you not to do). TL;DR: assuming this thing lasts forever (and it's built like a tank), i'll never go back (if walmis releases a Rhino v2 i'll be first in line for it xD)
Pyeah these are all the effects I've been getting, it also adds ETL for the Huey & Ka50 I believe as well.
PAlso like amadeus said above me, any time you play a game without ffb the stick can still be set up to feel so much better than any other base I've used, the inertia & dampening make so much difference. I also have to say if you enjoy flying heli's you will absolutely love flying them with the Rhino, having ffb for the force trim makes it feel so much better it's hard to explain just how much better it feels. Also flying anything like a warbird (IL2 BoS) or GA bush planes (MSFS2020) feels unbelievably better & flying anything feels more precise & immersive.

KI do have a 200 mm extension on the cm3 and I ordered the physical stops for the rhino

Athe only downside to an extension is that the the force required to move the stick at the highest levels is easier, it already has a massive amount of throw, i think i have like a 75mm extension on it, and it feels huge (i did order the 200mm curved one from virpil, but not sure i'll even need/want to use it yet
Abut a CM3 with a 200mm extension is probably more throw than what i've got going on currently with the rhino and a 75mm extension, so you might still want more

Pyeah this is something I have noticed especially with the VKB MCGU being so dam heavy, but swapping out to the vkb kg12 grip for warbirds or ga I can feel a difference having less weight up top, I use the 200mm curved vkb extension cause my base has to be floor mounted, if/when I can swap to a higher chair mount I'll likely swap to a 100mm extension instead. Also considering if I could maybe resin print a replacement grip for the MCGU so it's not so heavy??

WHey, yea the WinWing adapter attaches to the Thrustmaster connector on one side and accepts WW grip on the other. It has electronics inside to translate signals. Analog axes and buttons work! Except the Vibro motor.

Dlol, when you jump out of your plane, the FFB effects are still active - DCS is still pushing telem to the plane, even though your not in it
WGood catch, will need to check if pilot is ejected 
Dwould be cool to have a simple program (I know, I know) to give easy input values for the telemetry... something for another day when your not flat out building these things
