How do I set overlays and alerts in obs?

what website do you use for them? i use streamelements but its kinda broken with the sign up. If you have that you just need to add a browser source and paste the url of the overlay that you made

in stream elements you can go to overlays and click edit on the one you're using, you can move resize and add anything to that overlay
