AI can add a hack that moves the old config if detected. With a note that it (the hack) should be removed in a few versions.
AIt's gonna be very ugly though, since the move also involves creating folders, so there'll be some WET here (as opposed to DRY).

AMe too. A terminal that supports distroboxes and knows how to enter them automatically. Windows kinda has that, damnit. They have Windows Terminal where you have a tabbed interface, a "+" symbol with a dropdown for Ubuntu, Powershell, etc.
AHmm wait a minute, Windows Terminal exists on Linux, you could use that if you want to have different tabs for each distrobox.
