You need to re login your Gmail account in your new device. If you somehow forgot the password you can try reproducing the steps below:
1)Visit the official Gmail login page using a web browser.
2)Click on the "Forgot password" link below the login fields.
3)Provide the email address linked to your Gmail account and proceed to the next step.
4)Follow the instructions provided to reset your password securely.
5)Once the password has been successfully reset, log in to your Gmail account on your new device using the updated credentials.
Now login to the game using those credentials.

Hello everyone. I'm Özlem from Turkey. I have been playing this game for more than 3 years. I haven't been able to log into my account since May 11th. On May 11th, I did an account recovery process. The account recovery process was approved, and all the connections associated with my account were deleted. I sent an email to PUBGM. They told me that I need to request a verification code with the email I used for the account recovery process. I'm requesting the verification code from the same email, but I'm not receiving the code in my email. What can I do?

I think you had a problem with Facebook on May 11th. I always used to log into the game with Facebook, so that day I couldn't access the game. I'm not exactly sure if my account was stolen.
