Is there any documentation regarding using R2 in local mode? I can't find any official documentation, but having searched here for an hour or so it seems it's supported in miniflare and will work locally in workers, but there's no documented way to manually manipulate local storage - it appears that R2 local data is held in an SQLite database somewhere, but it's not clear where.

This seems like something that should be trivial - I've got a durable object with websockets which can access R2 buckets running pefectly fine in remote mode (to my mind non-trivial stuff that just works - kudos to the CF team) but I'm blocked from running locally.

My recommendation would be to file an issue at https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues if there’s not one already and then downgrade to wrangler 2 for now.
