There are a lot of options in the VPForce GUI, check it out. It's really helpful when dialing in an effect. You can have control of master for controlling everything and then specify the other pot just for the effect you are trying to perfect.
For the DIY crowd I personally wish for the second pot to be co-used as a limit switch so that when things like yokes need to calibrate you could do it automatically.
Are you sure the “clicking” is not actually a “creaking”. I get some creaking in the joint between the aluminum square tube and the printed grip/extension adapter. Hard to tell from the video but my video of my creaking sounds similar enough.
I get some creaking on mine too but it's not a real rhino...From your video it looks like the sound stopped when you took the top wood off? Is that true?
Yep, make sure your shaft and thread is long enough to be able to tightent the nut on top. I use a 10k pot, not sure what the real Rhino's use but 10k works.
Hmm... It looks like there is some motor action happening when when gain is turned down because the stick falls when you turn power off. Are you sure that the master gain was actually at 0%?
There’s 2 “pot” control settings in configurator. Only one of them is used on the rhino since it only has one pot. If you added a second, and plugged it into the 2nd input, you would just set whatever function you wanted it to have in the configurator.

Those 5 hex bolts need to be quite tight (I set the electric driver torque to 15). Btw did you put the fan grill screw under the gear? because it will touch the gear
