DI put one of the fan grate screws in the wrong place, which was causing the pulley to scrape against it
DYeah don’t take this thing apart if you don’t have to. I wasted a lot of time trying to put it back together

BWill do. I tried calling them already but kept getting shuffled around and ran out of time. I’ll try again this evening. EDIT: Just got off the phone with FexEX. They don’t know what form it is they need, but they’re going to get back to me on it. It would be funny if it weren’t so tragic. I’ll let you know as soon as I know.

BThanks. As described in that post, FedEX is useless. It’s like the “something went wrong” pop up on Macs, except with them you can reboot and go on about your life. EDIT: sorry, not trying to bust your chops; frustrated with FedEX. I appreciate the help!

LThe thread is hidden by the cap in both pictures but it looks short to my eye. They've blurred the bottom but it looks like the one I have (BI P160KN9G) and that is too short for Rhino. The panel is 9 mm thick so you need ~ 12 mm of thread to get through and be able to tighten it down. I'm going to add a second pot myself, I'll let you know if I find a good one that is easy to install.

oh no my local store doesn't have anything for panels thicker than 6 mm. Next I'd open up the Rhino and see what kind of pot Walmis used. I bet he didn't install it the easy way. Going that way any common cheap 10k pot would suffice.LDudeman's video shows it. The pot is sunk in. It's not 9 mm but maybe 5 mm and this way you can use most cheap pots. I've sunk stuff like this, it's not hard but you do need a suitable drill bit.

WThe pot mounting is pocketed, since the material is too thick for standard pots. It's 8mm.

Jfor anyone else looking to ship soon, walmis does offer DHL which also uses their own location for customs (at least in USA idk about other countries)
VWalmis probably got put on the naughty list ever since he got flagged for importing rhino parts!
WFedex shipments usually go pretty smoothly, but occasionally there are some hiccups with customs. I'll see what I can do from my end tomorrow.
WDHL is like double the price of fedex though
K*off topic but we are lucky to have somewhat reasonable prices from Lithuania out... (at least to the U.S.A.). I tried to ship a laptop via Fedex to Vilnius last week. They wanted $540 WITHOUT insurance. That was the slowest option too.

PI have changed the grip type to winwing and plugged in my adapter but it doesn't seem to pick up the grip that is plugged in, I tried applying, store, unplug USB, plug back in, power up etc, but not seeing a result ?
Panything else I should be doing to swap over ?
PI have previously used my Virpil and Thrustmaster grips without issue ?
