Why is that an issue, @drbawi-cp? You do not need to submit a request if your account is not compromised or stolen.

An unauthorized user cannot recover an account that does not belong to him in the first place, @drbawi-cp. An unauthorized user will not have access to correct information that is required while submitting the request for account recovery.

You can submit a request for account recovery by contacting the customer service through inside the game. You can contact the customer service using the Customer Service option located in your Account settings of the game or through the login menu using the Help option located at the right side of the screen.
