I gave my account to my friend for Playing. He played for 4 months and then I took my account back from him now he contacts so many times with pubg and and gave them information and gave email and pubg recover that account for him in 2 or 3 days.

Tell me how to save my account from him

So I was up on pubg till 3 am, I got off went to bed and around 9 am I went back on the game.
As I logged in and loaded the game around 10 seconds after it would crash, this continued for maybe close to 30 minutes.
I then decided to delete the game and reinstall it, after doing so the same issues occurred.
I then decided to log into another account and to my surprise the game didn't crash, so now I assume it's something to do with my character or account.
so now I have downloaded all 10+ GB of game files hoping that maybe this will fix something but it hasn't, every time I load into my account it still crashes.
Device: Samsung S9
Please help.

I left out sound and the borders are black probably because of smaller screen ratio and ambient mode on YouTube.
