If the 90 FPS option is not available in the settings in the Global English version of the game, it won't be available for regional versions as well. Please wait patiently until the feature becomes available for your device as well.

Players can only change teams up to 2 times after the weekly matches start, @Onix. During the weekly matches, leaders can only remove 1 member every week. Teams will not be able to replace their members after qualifying for the Semi-Finals or the Final Round.

You cannot change your country/region settings to somewhere where you are not physically located. PUBG MOBILE can automatically detect your current location. Please keep in mind that VPN usage is not recommended as it can put your account at risk of getting suspended.
