This is the text that says all games that can work in Heroic Game Launcher are no longer working after the update:
it all happened after the update. I am sharing the screenshot in Turkish since I use the launcher in Turkish and I can translate it wrong

Either downgrade to 2.8 or enable GameMode in the game settings

The text you've highlighted tells you that Save Sync isn't supported for those games
