Hey guys! I used to play in 2019, and i only had my account linked to facebook at that time, ive deleted my facebook and now i cant log into the pubg mobile with my old account, ive contacted korean support by mistake which they replied multiple times with a matter of 2 or 3 hours, they told me to contact global support, its been over a week and no response whatsoever, is there anything i can do?

If that was a bug, you should've have reported it, even if it happens next time, record it and report in #bugs or report through in-game report button.
