You can apply for it through in-game by navigating to the map selection menu and selecting the WOW option and tap on Become a Creator option.

And also 04/08/2023 was the first day i play on the acc, and only one game which i believe was around 12:34pm and finished after 26m.

The game i was playing was squad game.
