MHi, anyone here using a real simulator grip with the Rhino? I have some questions....
MI am using the grip as a standalone grip. I dont really need all the bells and whistles full functionality via the RS software and want to use it on the Rhino FFB base. I simply need the grip to function as a normal HID device via the rhino base.
On first try it seemed there was some issues with button numbers being double assigned and some not being picked up.
Whats the suggested best way to proceed setting it up given the useage scenario described above? I want to try and avoid all the Real Simulator bluetooth issues.....

MI have selected teh Real simulator 64 button option in the configurator
MIts the F18 grip incidentally, not the F16

MWalmis is troubleshooting this. Still not working right in the most recent firmware. I use Bluetooth for the grip in the meantime
P@walmis Hey m8, I've just shortened the ww extension cable & the connection to the female end of the adapter is still just too finicky, the slightest touch will stop the connection. I'm not sure what else I can do apart from hot glue but I doubt even that will fix the issue. Any help you can give me would be great
WProbably the extension's male pins are slightly too short.
If you're not afraid of a bit of soldering you could push the adapter female pins in the adapter. I have a video on how to do it:

Other way would be to modify/replace the male connector.

Pdo you mean the WW extension or the VPforce adapter?
PI've already shortened the ww extension cable & put it back together twice I'm really not keen to pull that thing apart again

WMake sure you didn't short circuit 3.3V and GND pins on the female end (most likely)

SGood day all, trying to set XPforce up, for MSFS2020. I have TelemFFB, MSFS set to TRUE. XPforce licensed. I have trouble : If I go in the XPforce app once MSFS launched, at the Feedback menu, the case "Joystick Active" is sometime ON, sometimes OFF. It alterns fastly between checked and unchecked.

Syou dont need both XPforce and TelemFFB. pick one.
STelemFFB is made specifically for vpforce and is rapidly developing.

MOK.....as its lost in the depths of previous posts above....can someone give a pointers as to how best to dial out oscillations if you move the stick when its not being gripped? I have gone back to my heavier TM F18 grip and needed to turn up the spring rate on the dial on the outside, to stop the stick sagging back under its own weight ( was using a lightweight F14 stick) But now it will bounce back and forth if you knock it.
MI am using the TM grip on the virpil z extension with no riser, what do people with the same combination have as settings please?

RWalmis, you easily read post and ask guys to try certain settings based on complexity and complaints of what the stick is doing. Can you post the base settings here and or pin it. Then give a short discussion on your thought process and what each setting does and why you are adjusting etc. I know it would be a long post and want be respectful of your time. As you already have your hands full. Maybe something every couple weeks as you have time. I feel it would help a lot of us u Dees hand the system better and what the settings actually do. Anyway just a thought. Thanks again for the great product and customer service.

EShort question: can i set a different strenght to the stick when trim released is pressed? And if so, how?
NForce trim release is just “absence of spring force”. So any other effect like friction/dampen/inertia will remain active.
