Recently, I've keep receiving confirmation code from pubg mobile for login, so I know my account might be stolen. So I redownloaded the game and tried to login, but there is a need of 2 verification code which is neither opened by me nor connecting my phone number. I haven't login to the game or played the game since 2020. I don't know what can I do. My email, Facebook or other link to access my account is still connected but I'm stopped by the 2 verification code.

If you are using an Apple device, you have an option to delete your account through your Account settings of the game. If you have an Android device, you may try to contact the in-game customer service for further assistance. We unfortunately cannot help you with this through the community.

You may try to enable secondary verification through your Account settings of the game if it is still possible or try to secure all your login methods. However, you will still need to wait patiently for a response from the customer service as they will be able to remove unauthorized access from your account if you provide them with required and accurate information.

As long as an account has been used for cheating activities, no matter who the person involved is (whether it is the owner or someone else), the account is bound to be terminated as per the terms of service of the game.

@Quendi well, keeping in mind the fact that the account was hacked, " terminating " my account its the worst thing you could do, in legal terms you are obligated to investigate and remediate any issues due to hacking/stealing, but i guess you already know that
