good evening @Error I wish to remove my 3rd link which is an email that has been attached to my PUBG mobile account, however, when I do go over to the claim file, I am putting in everything correctly except for when did I last purchased the UC, the range is from 30 to 180 days, I believe that is the only reason due to which I am unable to unlink it, I roughly remember the amount I purchased, but obviously I have no idea about the exact date. I wish to remove the email as the 3rd link because with it there I am unable to add my country's mobile number to change my region to where I am currently. I do not remember the email anymore neither the password of it, I can provide every other proof that I own the ID, I have my G-mail and Twitter linked to it. I want to purchase UC but with the 3rd link getting in the way I am not able to put my phone number in short unable to change the region to my home country. Kindly tell me what should I do? Should I give you the ID for it to be processed? Please help with this.

Is there a known issue with the game not recognizing permissions? I have taken multiple steps, sent a few emails to support regarding the issue, and looked online, even making a Reddit post to no avail. It keeps asking for storage permission and for me to restart, but my device only has a "Files and Media" permission, which I did grant, and restarted both the game and my device, and still cannot play the game. Nothing is working and support still has not responded to my initial email or my follow up so I am wondering if others also struggle with this.
