1. Use Lucky Medals to redeem vehicle finishes. Each color can only be redeemed once.
2. You must own the vehicle finish before you can use Lucky Medals to gift corresponding finish to a friend.
3. If a friend already owns this finish, you will not be able to send this gift to them.
Requirements that you need to fulfill with the friend you want to send the gift to:
1. Be friends for more than 72 hours.
2. Synergy must be above 50.
3. Character level must be above 10.
