Are you referring to Purchase Gift event? The UC you spend will count towards Amazing Rebate event, even if it is obtained from the subscription. However, to be able obtain the perks of Purchase Gift event, you should purchase the UC through the in-game shop or through https://www.pubgmobile.com/pay.
