I tried to play today and got 10FPS, figured it's a similar issue.

To force it to use my dGPU.

But I'm wondering.. If there's a link here?

I found my solution for BAR today by another user in their discord tonight.

That user, uses Fedora 39.

So that narrows it down to not being a Bazzite issue.

Perhaps a Fedora/Kernel regression and not a Steam issue?!

Well obviously since it's not Steam related... maybe it's Flatpak related? It does have GPU acceleration access in flatseal out of the box. I double checked.

FYI: As of the latest update the Steam OS branch selector works.
By default this shows Stable, Beta, and Preview. Stable is :latest:latest with stable Steam client, beta is :latest:latest with beta steam client, and preview is :testing:testing with beta steam client.

If you enable advanced update channel, just as on SteamOS, additional options appear. These are (and map as the following):
Stable (:latest:latest)
Release Candidate (:testing:testing)
Beta (:testing:testing)
Beta Candidate (:unstable:unstable)
Main (:unstable:unstable)
