Nbest last idea I've got before I have to turn you over to @walmis for help is to try loading this config, which I know %100 works (you can re-load from the device in configurator as long as you dont press the store button first).

WAnother way to try is to unplug the Rhino and use https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html utility to uninstall all instances of the Rhino device with VendorID: FFFF via the right click menu
