PSo my base isn't recognized in IL-2 Sturmovik (it's been a while since I played) -- I deleted the input directory, but no dice. Is there anything else that I would need to do for IL-2 to pick it up?

OHi all - I currently have a TM Warthog stcik with 2 x 10cm extensions which I understand will work directly with the VP Force base. I'm planning on buying a Virpil T-50CM2 grip - will I need to buy the virpil extensions or can I reuse the TM Warthog ones (including the cables)?

JI think IL2 does only recognize a limited number of devices. As far as I remember only the first 8 or so... You could try to test with the rhino alone to check if this is your problem.
PAh, I'll give it a go with HidHider. I can see it recognises mfds - and I don't need those for IL-2, lol

THello, can anyone give me some advice for mounting a Rhino to a Simlab P1x? It’s predominantly a Driving simulator with a Sparco bucket seat so I am trying to find out what extension that I need in order to play helicopter sims and have my virpil grip clear the seat?

PThat was it, HidHide worked a treat. With MFDs and a few irrelevant stuff hidden IL detected the base just fine. :]

WThe adapter as-is will not work, unless VKB has an adapter for legacy bases. Or do you mean if the Mk4 black box will work with the existing adapter?
SI’m not exactly sure how the mk4 and the new black box work with (or don’t work with) the Rhino. I’m thinking about ordering a mk4 grip and black box and was wondering what is needed to get it to work with the Rhino, or if there’s hope for adapters to make it work (I own the original mk3 to rhino adapter).
WOnce I'm able to get my hands on a Mk4 extension, I'll might be able to tell more. VKB doesn't even stock them yet afaik.

BSo I saw here that curves are a no-no for the Rhino. Is there another way to add a curve/adjust sensitive for small deflections?
