I’m not exactly sure how the mk4 and the new black box work with (or don’t work with) the Rhino. I’m thinking about ordering a mk4 grip and black box and was wondering what is needed to get it to work with the Rhino, or if there’s hope for adapters to make it work (I own the original mk3 to rhino adapter).

is wrong. It probably didn't get updated to Mk.IV in the copy-and-paste. As far as I know it's a Mk.IV grip to Mk.IV base extension.

@plehmann you could also try DevReorder probably, to do effectively the same, but I haven't tried that. I use HidHide to just hide the simpit from all these primitive games that will pick up pedals or other axis and just use those as if it's a gamepad.

A lot of the big games have very lazy and thoughtless control implementations and it creates problems... But I'm not going to unplug stuff, forget that.

The easist way to do this (and the way I have it setup) is to put a 50%ish limit on forward travel of the stick, save that as a profile, and then use telemffb to load that profile when you're in the F-15E.

I've had the TMW, VPC CM2 and CM3 bases in the past. IMO the Rhino is the best-feeling base of all of them, even when not using FFB. And note that you can turn on "Hardware Force Trim" in the configurator app, which will let you use the trim hat to physically move the stick around. That has no reliance on any FFB telemetry; it's all done in the Magick Rhino Box

its been discussed ad nauseum here on the discord. Windows defender has a hardon for anything compiled with pyinstaller since it is a common way people write malware and deliver it as exe's. In most cases when defender flags a build as malicious, simply changing one character in one line of code and re-compiling it makes it pass. Most people, including myself, simply add an exception to Defender for the folder where TelemFFB is installed.

You should be able to set center wherever you want and can also customize a restrictor plate to have hard stops at your preferred limits. It's not uncommon for aircraft have less travel forward than aft on sticks due to the panel/limits of human reach

The EU site is usually a bit slower to pick up on new products as they rely on local stock mostly delivered by ship. The NA site has the grip conversion kits (replacement twist modules) for sale already but not the base conversion kit which would have the female part of the connector.

I assume that average is on the units currently shipped and the time since pre-ordered, the length of that cue blew up as some word of mouth really got out in May and after.
I base myself on, granted, a rough and rapidly changing guess.
Based on how many units shipped since sometime in may and the amount of units left before me.
Even if I was going to hit the 210 mark, I am at day 188 now, production would have to increase with about 4 units a week.

Could it be done, maybe, but I'd rather see Walmis have work life balance.

Ive moved up almost a hundred units, but it's been very stable since this summer so I guess those ahead of me are for now still in it for the long haul.

That's 3 more than yesterday. My regression model says that tomorrow 8 rhinos will be shipped, then 11 and so on. The queue should be clear in a few weeks. But I don't know what happens then, maybe walmis will start sending them to random people for free...
