I have made the claim twice but no matter how many times I do it, it will be the same information that I can get because there is no different one... and the system rejects it! and I even recorded 2 videos doing the process! And the problem is why certain criteria I cannot fill in correctly, such as the amount of the UC purchased last time... which was 11.99 and the system does not contemplate

Hi, I have a problem with my account because I have been blocked on Facebook for 4 years and the only way to log in to the account in the pub was Facebook. This is how I wrote to the support in the game but twice I got the same answer that the verification was not successful or something like that I have all the screenshots of uc purchases, login and blocking on the Facebook account and when the last time there was a login even the old e-mail account that was created on Facebook There is some possibility to recover this account after more than 4 years because writing to support still gets the same answer where I have all the evidence and I sent everything
