Please make sure that you provide the customer service all the required and accurate information and submit the account recovery request from a device that you use more often to log into that PUBG MOBILE account. If you have already received a response from the customer service and your request was not approved, you will need to submit another request or create a new account to continue playing the game. In this case, we unfortunately cannot help you any further through the community, @Stiv Hook and @lyq.

Devices with the minimum hardware requirements of 90Hz display refresh rate, and Snapdragon 865 or Dimensity 1100 central processing unit, can access the 90 FPS option with Smooth graphics, @doge.
