Myeah, that's what I figured - but the "software" app that I figured was supposed to update everything, but I got an error, I wouldn't have even tried the rebase if I thought the update would've worked, and I don't know how to fix the refspec issue

MSo trying out VRR with the new update. Worked first try when connected directly to my TV. Then plugged the deck into my VRR compatible receiver which is plugged into my TV. Was unable to enable VRR on the deck now. Ok. Switched back to direct connect to the TV. Now I can’t turn on VRR anymore 
MI don’t know how to fix it yet, but figured I’d just share
MAnd I’ve tried rebooting, changing resolutions, verifying that the TV is setup right, and unplugging the power from the dock and plugging it back in. Still can’t get it back

Hno idea as i am new to fedora on desktop, only used some centos servers once in a blue moon
but in most installers when you use partitions, not btrfs subvolumes the home folder is kept if you do not format the home partition

SQuick question. So It is not reccomended to have other partitioned os's on the same hard drive that Bazzite is installed on correct? But it's fine to have them on other hard drives in the same system.

Hpretty much and the bootloader for bazzite should be on the same drive as bazzite, meaning if you are a new user the easiest way to achieve this is to just make sure bazzite is the only available disk when installing and same goes for when installing windows (make sure windows only sees the disk that windows will be using)
bit harder to do that with a steamdeck but on pc you can just install the system in a VM using disk passthrough and then reboot to the disk afterwards (i do this all the time)

Huse virt-manager instead as its better supported in bazzite. dont know how supported virtualbox is on ostree distros.

Sso the simple answer is yes? Basically have the bootloader and bazzite on the same disk. Windows can be on a separate disk, I just need to egenerate grub using ujust regenerate-grub in the terminal in Bazzite. is that right?
