pretty much and the bootloader for bazzite should be on the same drive as bazzite, meaning if you are a new user the easiest way to achieve this is to just make sure bazzite is the only available disk when installing and same goes for when installing windows (make sure windows only sees the disk that windows will be using)
bit harder to do that with a steamdeck but on pc you can just install the system in a VM using disk passthrough and then reboot to the disk afterwards (i do this all the time)
