I've been using kde. Are gnome extensions prone to breaking on gnome updates? I had one machine on gnome and I think it wasn't just an automatic thing for gnome extensions to update. And does dolphin work well in gnome?

they can break between updates, most recent one broke every single extension in the interest of future compatibility
