I can install standard Fedora packages right ?

My understanding is I can set it up to boot straight into Steam big picture mode, but then go into the desktop to do other stuff

You can hit 'e' when you boot the installer to edit the boot command and change the tag from :39 to :testing. That's what I did, worked great.

Also be sure to select basic graphics mode or the installer won't fit on the screen.

After everything is set up and you're in Steam Game Mode, make sure to go to main settings -> display -> and disable Unified Frame Limit Management, then open quick settings -> performance -> advanced -> reset to default, then make sure the global performance profile has refresh rate set to 90.

Other than that, just make sure not to change the refresh rate right now. I believe that's the last issue for a stable OLED release.

rebasing = installing one version and then having it switch you to a different version with a console command and update process.

feel like you might the first person to test this out, or at least document it. i wouldnt be surprised if it doesnt work well or crashes because typically gaming on waydroid is a mixed experience
